At SOCRISTLE, we want you to love your kitchen goods. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@socristle.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier directly.


2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to our error


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will review your request and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@socristle.com.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@socristle.com and we will assist you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
